What to expect?
When you are forced to make the difficult decision of finding care for your loved one because they – or you – can no longer do so, and you are frustrated with the daunting process of where to turn and who to trust, it’s time to call McKinely Services. We understand that there is nothing more important to you than keeping your family member safe and happy. We want to help make the decision easier so you can have peace of mind.
Love
Above all, we want your family member or loved one to feel loved. We do this by taking the time to match one of our caregivers with your loved one. Whether they bond over their love of books, or they enjoy watching comedies together, we pride ourselves in finding ways for caregivers and participants to make a connection. These connections are critical for their well-being. When a McKinely Services caregiver is with your loved one, we want them to feel like they are spending time with family. We give them love and care!
Personal Attention & Care
When a caregiver arrives at a McKinley Services participant’s home, their focus is completely on them. If your loved one or someone you know needs bathing, or feeding a McKinley caregiver will concentrate on fulfilling the direct service order. There are no distractions or other tasks that must get done. It’s just your loved one and what they need.
Protection
Our caregivers are our participants’ eyes and ears, and keeping a watchful eye over them becomes a natural part of their jobs. The participants’ safety is our number one priority. We will not allow any in our care to be harmed, neglected or abused.*
Respect & Care
McKinley Services is not an assisted living facility. We aid individuals in the comfort of their home and provide the following services:
Personal Care Services
- Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL)** this includes eating, meal prepping, shopping, laundry, administering medications, and light housework.
- Activities Daily of Living (ADL)*** this includes bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility exercises and transfers.
- Additional Services
- Community First Choice (CFC) Personal Care, Respite Care, In Home Support, Supported Living, Day Habilitation and Chore.
