Each of our participants has a unique situation and specific objectives for their lives. Only until we have fully assessed their circumstances and we understand their goals, are we able to find solutions. Our primary focus is to have their needs met while adhering to all state and federal guidelines.

Once your loved one is in our care, managing their case becomes our priority. While participant records are highly sensitive and confidential our staff is thoroughly trained to oversee, maintain, and organize the management of their care. Meeting filing deadlines, maintaining confidential client information, and preserving the integrity of their personal information and documentation is a key element in our staff training.

We take the care of your loved one very, very seriously. When they become a part of the McKinley family, they have an army of people in their corner! As such, we will passionately advocate for them to ensure they receive benefits, care, and love.

Above all, McKinley Services looks at our participants’ family members as an extension of them. It is important for us to educate and inform you about the standards of care your loved one is receiving, and how to help create an environment for them that supports our efforts. We are also here to help you navigate through the process and are happy to answer questions or provide resources and recommendations to make you comfortable and confident in your decision to use McKinely Services.
